Terms of Service

Grove Signal is an internal marketing operations platform built and operated by Lilac Grove Entertainment solely for our own internal use. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public — these terms govern use by Lilac Grove Entertainment employees authorized to access it.

Access is limited to employees signed in with a verified account on Lilac Grove Entertainment’s own Google Workspace domain, and is further restricted by role within the platform. Access can be granted or revoked at any time by an authorized administrator.

Grove Signal is to be used only for legitimate Lilac Grove Entertainment business purposes: managing our own advertising and marketing operations across the ad platforms and business tools connected to it. Any account credentials connected to the platform must belong to Lilac Grove Entertainment’s own accounts on those services, not a third party’s.

Every automated recommendation the platform produces is reviewed and must be explicitly approved by an authorized employee before it takes effect on any live, connected account. No feature in this platform executes changes to a connected account without that explicit approval.

Grove Signal connects to third-party services (including Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Amazon Ads, Amazon Attribution, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Shopify, and Slack) using credentials our own team provides. Use of those services remains subject to each provider’s own terms; Grove Signal is not responsible for their availability or behavior.

Grove Signal is provided as an internal tool on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and recommendations it produces are decision support, not a substitute for the reviewing employee’s own judgment.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
